'Bark in the Park' Raises Alzheimer's Awareness
45 Year Old Found Guilty of 7th DWI 4/4/12

A Midland County jury has sentenced a 45-year-old Odessa man to two terms of 50 years in prison. Late Tuesday Arturo Briones Mendoza, Jr. was charged with third degree felony offenses of Felony DWI and Evading Arrest or Detention in a Vehicle.
Jurors heard evidence on Monday and Tuesday and found Mendoza guilty on both counts after an hour of deliberation.
This was Mendoza’s seventh DWI arrest.
