Midland, TX - New information on story we first brought you a week ago.
A 19-year-old Midland man is behind bars tonight accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
Elijah Sullivan is charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a child, he was arrested yesterday afternoon.
The alleged incident was reported to police on Wednesday July 21 after the child told her grandmother it happened during a game of truth or dare in which children and men in their late teens were participating.
Police say the actual offense occurred three days prior to the date it was reported on July 18.
